Who We Are
We are the Messingers, a local Encinitas family. We've been in the area for over 15 years and knew the moment we arrived that North County was the place for us. We love everything about this special place on earth...from the beautiful beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, entertainment, and most importantly, the COMMUNITY that has become our family.
Being a home buyer during this crazy time is stressful to say the least. With out of state investors swooping into our local community with deep pockets, it has been very difficult for locals to compete. We truly hope you see the value in selling to a local family.
